Canvas focuses its acquisitions on multifamily real estate as a general partner, sponsor, and operator. Its Finance Solutions group originates, structures, and manages subordinate debt and preferred equity investments in multifamily assets nationwide.

Canvas is actively pursuing multifamily acquisition opportunities in its three target markets: Dallas, Atlanta, and South Florida — high-growth metros where favorable supply-demand dynamics and strong in-migration create compelling risk-adjusted return profiles.

Canvas leverages the substantial experience and personnel of its services arm, Canvas Property Group, to monitor the execution of operational and capital business plans. Our team’s deep construction and management experience facilitates a broader pipeline of investment opportunities while delivering best-in-class reporting and investor relations.
