This Privacy and Cookie Policy (this “Policy”) describes the ways in which Canvas Property Group, a Delaware corporation (“Canvas Property Group”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you, including personally identifiable information, in connection with your access to the website accessed via (the “Website”) and the information, content and features provided through the Website (the “Services”). Throughout this Policy, “you” refers to the individual or entity that is visiting the Website or otherwise interacting with us. By accessing the Website, you consent to the use of your information as set forth in this Policy. If you are a customer of Canvas Property Group or an end user accessing an investor portal, additional and/or different privacy terms may apply to you, as indicated at the time you set up an account to access the restricted portions of the Website.

Canvas Property Group may provide customers services in the form of cloud products and services where Canvas Property Group provides technology. This Policy does not apply to the extent we are acting as a service provider or data processor, as defined by applicable law. For detailed privacy information related to a Canvas Property Group customer who uses our products and services as the controller, please contact our customer directly. We are not responsible for the privacy or data security practices of our customers, which may differ from those explained in this Policy. 1. This Policy.

a. Scope. Canvas Property Group provides you access to the Website and the Services, subject to the Website’s Terms of Use. In the course of providing access to the Website and the Services Canvas Property Group may collect “Personal Information,” which means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (a “data subject”) (an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person). Canvas Property Group does not collect your Personal Information except to allow you to access the Website and to provide the Services or as specifically set forth in this Policy.

b. Changes to this Policy. Canvas Property Group reserves the right to update this Policy from time to time by posting a new Policy on this page, and in some cases where changes are material Canvas Property Group may also contact you via electronic mail or post a notice on the homepage to let you know of such changes. You are advised to consult this Policy regularly for any changes. Your continued use of the Website after such changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes. 2. Collection of Information.

a. Information that You Provide. Canvas Property Group collects any information that you voluntarily provide, including when you submit information requesting a demonstration, joining the e-mail list, applying for a job or when you use the Services available through the Website. Information that you may provide includes your email address, name, phone number, location, details of your education, online social accounts and professional resume or CV. Canvas Property Group may also collect information that you provide by electronic mail, telephone or other means.

b. Automatically Collected Information. Canvas Property Group may automatically collect certain technical information from your computer or mobile device when you use the Website, such as your Internet Protocol address, your web browser type and version, the name and version of your operating system, the pages you view on the Website, the pages you view immediately before and after you access the Website, and the search terms you enter on the Website. b. Security. Canvas Property Group is committed to protecting your information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. The Website and its operators maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information collected through the Website; however, no information or communication Website can be 100% secure, so Canvas Property Group cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. a. Cookies. Cookies are small pieces of data that are stored on your computer, mobile phone, or other device when you first visit a page. Canvas Property Group uses cookies, web beacons and similar technologies (“Cookies”) to enhance your user experience, understand your usage of the Website and Services and to perform analytics. vi. Google Tag Manager. Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows website tags to be managed using an interface. The Tag Manager tool itself is a cookie-less domain and does not register personal data, but rather activates other tags. Google Tag Manager does not access the information captured by other tags. d. Opting Out. 6. Notice to European Residents: General Data Protection Regulation

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, Canvas Property Group will process your Personal Information in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

As described above, where a customer uses our cloud products and services, we may store your personal information on behalf and under the instructions of our customers, which we process as a data processor on that customer’s behalf. We are not responsible for and have no control over the privacy and data security practices of such customers, which may differ from those explained in this Policy. The data protection rights listed above do not apply to Canvas Property Group where we process your data as a data processor on behalf of a customer. If your data has been submitted to us by or on behalf of a Canvas Property Group customer and you wish to exercise any rights you may have under the GDPR or other applicable data protection laws, please inquire with them directly.

7. Third-Party Websites. The Website and communications from Canvas Property Group may contain links to websites operated by third parties. You acknowledge and agree that Canvas Property Group is not responsible for the collection and use of your information by such websites that are not under Canvas Property Group’s control. Canvas Property Group encourages you to review the privacy policies of each website you visit.

8. Children’s Information. The Website is not directed to, nor does Canvas Property Group knowingly collect information from, children under the age of 13. You may from time to time enter into binding legal agreements relating to certain Services available through the Website, which may have terms that are different from those of this Policy.
