The team has announced their plan to renovate and refurbish the building, rather than demolish it for a ground up project. Part of our love for this acquisition is the incredible architecture that West Chelsea boasts.
This particular corner at West 22nd and 10th Ave holds a lot of history. Our West-facing wall touches the Highline and our plan is to enhance the current asset, rather than create a new one. A fresh look on an older building will surely bring a new light to 10th Ave, and our hope is that our neighbors feel the same way.
